PERSONAL ASSESSMENT
Complete the online evaluation of the state of your health. These comprehensive questionnaires help tailor our discussion to your unique needs. Upload any recent or relevant lab results to the patient portal, to make your first visit even more focused.

THE FIRST VISIT
Perhaps the most thorough assessment of your health you've ever had. This is a 60-90 minute evaluation, online or in person. By the end, we'll have an idea of how to begin your healing journey. Lab tests and imaging may be ordered at this time, and we'll get started on establishing the foundations of resilient health. Read more about our office and billing policies here.
